These Terms apply to all games and applications published by DB Horizon.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Purchases are handled by the applicable storefront and refunds follow its policies and applicable law.

Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Do not cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, modify the game, use bots, or interfere with online services.

We may release mandatory updates containing new features, fixes, balance changes, or security improvements.

All games, code, artwork, music, logos, UI, and related assets are owned by or licensed to DB Horizon.

Our games are provided 'as is' without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

DB Horizon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our games.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
